IMPORTANT INFORMATION
A pre-construction mock-up is required and must replicate actual job site conditions for the warranty to remain in effect. Samples must be approved in writing for all "non-standard" patterns.
FORMLINER PREPARATION
Use of adequate forming materials/forming system with enough strength to support the weight of the formliner and the concrete is required.
Ensure all formliners are clean and free of any dirt or debris before each use.
Do not use damaged formliners.
Mold release must be applied to formliner, immediately before concrete is poured. Do not use any solvents or solvent based mold releases on formliners. Solvents will mark and deform urethane formliners.
Do not allow formliner temperature to exceed 140 F at any time during use or storage.
FORMLINER STORAGE AND CARE
Proper care and storage of formliners will increase the useful life of urethane formliners.
Do not store formliners in direct sunlight. Sunlight, over time will discolor and degrade urethane formliners. Keep formliners covered to protect from dirt, debris, and UV exposure.
Store formliners in a flat position with adequate support beneath each formliner, do not store formliners with objects pressed into the urethane. Urethane formliners will take a "set" or distort over time, taking the shape of the object pressed against the urethane.
