LIMITED WARRANTY

Fast Formliners, Inc. warrants our products to perform as intended, provided that actual construction duplicates pre-construction mock-up materials and methods, and that all manufacturers' recommendations and installation instructions are followed. Fast Formliners, Inc. assumes no responsibility for any damage to formliners due to improper use of formliners and damage from improper use or improper application of mold release agents. Fast Formliners, Inc. sole obligation under this warranty shall be limited to refunding the purchase price or replacing that portion of the material that is proven defective. All other warranties, expressed or implied, including fitness or merchantability of our products are expressly excluded.
