  • Packaging of the transaction that is consistent with the funds request guidelines of each potential lender. Request includes history and methods of operation for the business, cash flow analysis and buyer information.
  • Determine debt service capabilities and return on investment(ROI) through historical and projected cash flows from the business operations.
  • Present loan requests to lenders who are likely to be receptive to providing the buyer the funding for the project.
  • Follow up with lender(s) to determine feasibility of loan approval and discussing approval details as it relates to interest and term of loan to buyer.
  • Set up meeting for buyer to meet the lender(s) who are interested in making the loan.
  • SBA loan application documents with completion assistance when applicable.
  • Due diligence assistance; coordinating events with attorneys, accountants, realtors, title companies, appraisers, EPA technicians and other required professionals.
  • Arrange closing details with Escrow Attorney, confirming all closing documents required.
